Gloria is Peru’s most iconic and beloved dairy brand, but after years focused solely on functional product benefits, it had lost its emotional connection with families. This campaign marked the brand’s relaunch, redefining its role and the way it speaks to parents by grounding everything in a universal tension: the constant doubt about whether they are raising their children well. From that insight came “You’re doing it right,” a platform that shifted Gloria from a prescriptive voice to a more human, empathetic and culturally resonant one.

Through a film, contextual outdoor messages across the city and real parenting stories on social media, the campaign brought the brand back into the everyday lives of parents. From this point forward, Gloria adopted a more emotional and consistent communication style, recovering relevance and rebuilding its relationship with families across the country.
